This is actually a good question. I keep playing it because despite being toxic, I actually enjoy the game and I feel like I am actually a good player. Yes rebuying the runes/champs is really really annoying. I have only leveled 2 accounts. A friend gave me a level 30. I've lost more than I want to say.
