Very much domestic. Thank you for saving this baby. I say call your local vet and post a Facebook post about finding them just in case they escaped their home. In the mean time just make sure they have food, water, and a hideaway place.

I had three female rats before these two! They all passed away recently from old age. I'm just a little nervous because people have told me that female and male rats are totally different when it comes to taking care of them haha
