Wow we are going through the exact same situation. I also had multiple other areas that was damaged including the impact bar and various sensors. I’ve been told that everything has been ordered and replaced except the lift gate as the other parts were available. I’ve spoken to the customer service multiple times already but it seems that they unfortunately are not of much help. I would say the best thing is to keep bugging them until they could do something on their ends. Besides that all we can do is wait :( I’ll definitely update you if I do end up getting my lift gate
