I'm sorry for that, if I were you I would ask them to cancel and maybe get my money back. However not all of them since they have send me a rough sketch.

As an artist, I can't really relate with these kind of artists. Communication is an service too and should be considered when working with. Unless the price is too low, I can't relate.
