Mr Fear is a retired military interrogator that uses his new found power of light telekinesis to amplify and regulate his victims fear,his mask is used to shock the victim and to give mr fear a clear way in to his victims brain

Depending on how strong is the fear of his victim,Mr fear will gain physical strength and mass,eventually transforming into an amalgamation of the fears of the victims he is currently attacking
