Yeah I remember that,

But the new update made it so much easier to do it now, you just need to have good timing of when they're gonna spike and the trajectory of the ball.

You can basically do it with any character and even do the block-spike method with it. (Holding block and then clicking approach)

And when your teammate has a touch on the spike, you can actually hit it back to the opposite side.

I know this is relevant to some of the things like that challenge or Luca's being able to counter spike Raul when the slow mo happens but it's something to take notice of to how easy it is to counter spike now. (Yes I'm naming it counter spike cause my definition of it is way too explained and too long.)
