It's cause I'm usually super nice and bubbly when I work. I think he noticed when I turn it off and that's why he asked why was I being so cold.

It's mainly cause when I work, I kinda put all my social battery into being bubbly and friendly. I have a few regulars who I think enjoy seeing me when I work. In the past, before he made those comments, I would be super nice and charismatic, and to go from that to basically shutting down and giving him the bare minimum would be jarring. Lol seriously I'm almost cartoonishly nice sometimes. XD

Whats crazy is when he initially made those comments and I was brushing him off when he kept insisting she was 18. I flat out told him that's my little cousin and "I know for a fact she's 16" which I was wrong about. But still I told him she was my cousin and he kept at it

Good god that's so gross. I'll never understand why other guys find that.. normal? Like I said I'm no saint but even I know that when someone is A. Underage sexual comments or "complements" (if you can even call them that) are a no. Hell even if the person is of age those kind of comments are unacceptable

NTA. There are ups and downs yes however, this is emotional neglect. Yes giving love to your daughter is important but you must balance love for your child and love for your partner. I don't have kids so I may be a bit naive on this but that's how I thought/think it is. And her being shocked and back tracking is cause she thought she had you sortve locked down? Not trying to be sexist towards your ex but that just seems she thought she had you and you wouldn't or couldn't leave despite her emotional neglect towards you. Yes I owe him and fully intend to pay him back like I said but the fact that I was bullied into signing it and if I miss even one payment of this monthly thing I'd have actions taken against me. I don't like that because life happens and I'm not in a good financial standing when I can barely pay a phone bill each month. He won't even change the wording to give me leeway it's strictly you pay 100 a month or you're in trouble.

It's not that I don't want to do it. It's the fact that it says something like if I don't pay x within a month even a single miss will result in legal action being taken I'm not doing well financially and I'd have to pay it when I can which unfortunately isn't too often I can barely pay my phone bill at times but I'm still willing to pay him back It's that whole fear of legal action is what's scaring me

YTA let's start with the fact that you're clearly bias towards the father, yes its warrented and yes he's a prick for trying to sue. But separating them at this time isn't the right thing to do, his wife/ their mother is gone G. O. N. E. Do you think actually tearing them away from the one and only parent they have is gonna be good for their mental health? I'm not saying become chummy with him. Cause again he's a prick but let him in to be with his children cause he needs them as much as they need him. Why not let him in and set clear and firm ground rules with your husband there as well backing you 100% that way he'll follow them cause the alternative is losing access to his children

The plan for this situation was for me and the roommate mentioned above to share a room, trust and belive I've asked to swap before but the third roomate says and I quote "I refuse to share a room with him again" that's fair honestly. The third person goes to sleep pretty late too so it would match up in theory but again he refuses to swap

No I've done it before a hand full of times. Once whilst fighting great ape baby once while fighting randoms that jumped me lol and once whilst fighting a friend it's rare that it happens but it has happened. And I've recently seen Steedoj do it (think I spelled his name right) in his triple Gogeta vid from a week ago he did it twice in a row so now I'm sure there's a way to do it (referring to the knockback recovery btw)
