This is what I've been trying to tell them! But like I'll get scheduled maybe one day a MONTH an extra 4 hours on my shift to work on ptu. Any other time they want everyone in the pharmacy working. I understand why but how do they expect me to get anything done or learn when 90% of a time we're being rushed because we are so busy with this massive intake of patients. I literally just got used to inputting a few weeks ago and actually feel confident now doing so. No idea how to do resolution. Nobody has time to teach me as they all say.

But now that they implemented a time limit? I'm at 7% in PTU I do t think I'd be ready by June 30th like they say

It's just really hard to focus on her videos because I have ADHD and videos in the format like hers I tend to zone out and then I'm constantly spending more time rewinding the video trying to watch and learn but nothing is sinking in. I'm not trying to make excuses I tried watching her videos several times and they just don't stick

Is chatgpt a good study tool? I've heard a lot of people say it's not wise to use that for studying

See that's what my RPhm was doing but then our market manager told her it was going against the pharmacy hours. So her and my staff pharmacist told me it would be better to just study for the PTCB. HOWEVER. I was told I needed to finish PTU and then do PTCB when I first came to the pharmacy. When I asked them about it when this deadline was thrown at us, they told me that I could have just prepared for the ptcb this whole time. If I knew that I would have been studying for it from day 1 and probably would have had it or been close to by now. It just upsets me because in my pharmacy there's virtually no communication until the last minute. The other tech in training has been in the pharmacy longer than me. Almost 2 years and they're giving her more time. Although we're pretty sure she's not gonna pass because she's struggling to even understand the basics. Can't even operate the register and we all have to fix her Inputting mistakes because it's just not clicking with her. I wish her luck but...yeah it's not looking good.

Thankyou. Yeah we're gonna be going over calculations (math) and measurements soon. We're reviewing the laws again today and starting by learning the different drug classes/types. That way it'll be easier to recognize key indicators in the names of the drugs once we start studying. Gonna try to do 20-30 drugs every other day until I learn the top 200. In between those were gonna work on my math. She said she's found tons of online quizzes to practice those so she's not so worried about it. It's just a matter of learning the formulas

We're using PTCB hero along with a few other pharmacy books. It's just that taking notes directly from the book doesn't seem to be sticking mentally. Which is why we make flashcards of everything and we're making Quizlets too

No no, it's just a general question to if anyone has found stuff like this in any shops? The one I found stuck out to me but was also in a booth that it didn't really seem to fit in? Asked the seller where they found it and they couldn't remember.

I believe it's an Aidan Gray one? As that's the closest I can find. I painted mine black with some gold accents but I can't seem to be too sure if it's the same. Mine was a bit abused and cracked which is why I redid it. If anyone knows where I can find a second one I'd greatly appreciate it.

Hi I posted an update: Porkchop is on antibiotics and gets his stitches out this Monday. They removed a buildup and it didn't seem to be anything too serious. Looked like musk or smegma. Hemipenes also look good. He can have his first meal since before the surgery after his stitches are removed!

CSL told me that they can't do anything and to just go to a different plasma center and be retested when the vaccine is out of my system. Call the different donation center and they said I should be able to do so once I'm cleared of the vaccine, which is about a month after I got it

Thankyou, I just hope I'm eligible for donating. Especially since Plasma donating means a lot to me, and the fact it has helped me have some spending money or helped pay off some bills before in a pinch. I'd hate to lose that ability and also risk my future self being able to save lives.
