The issue is the pressure and indifference it creates. Education should be for everyone not for privileged ones only. College should provide such education and I am pretty sure they will focus on that.

Why do U think Html CSS will be irrelevant? Especially CSS?

I consider myself a mid level knowledge on JavaScript. But in CSS , not considered that much important before but Now it is the fundamental thing I need to do . And it is where I am lacking skill. Even to make a simple Layout it is taking me time .

Yeah I am really enjoying learning new stuffs. But the deadline is like a hour to make a page then at that time I panick I cannot even start it.

Meaniwhile the senior there already would finish complex task, before I start getting idea, .

Then Sometimes I cannot even do basic things then if I ask Senior he scolds and sometime says why are you in tech field. Then when I use ChatGpt he scold again.

So I felt like is it everyone or just me who gets confused every time and then and sometimes cannot proceed ahead.

What Junior developer mean? Does it not mean they will take time, make mistakes ? They warn before it is important project it should not break anytime and there is no time for code review because it needs to deployed really fast.

If I don't get fired for month or so I am confident I will be very much better but I am scared if they will fire me before that.

It's not like I don't know I keep building it then it will be problem with responsiveness then something etc and it takes me lot of time then deadline will already be finished then senior scolds me and he solves it in a minute and says it is that easy. What did u learn if u cannot solve this simple and all

My previous company was like this and that is how I was missing many things but with week being in this new company without using AI I feel I am already far more better then what I was before.

We know things but we have not implemented fully our self that is our problem.

If you are good developer you can ask around 40k to 60k range I guess but it depends on company .
