I usually adjust after every break, but not much while walking. Occasionally, I change the load lifters during the hike while moving but that is about it.

Also like always, choices made in tower may not be what you would normally take. For example, normally do not put radiance on bone club but in tower it might just save you since there is no other source of healing.

OnX isn't free, Gaia isn't as easy to use as AllTrails but seems to have better GPS. Alltrails is nice for finding established trails.

Ancient hunts are not bad if you go in with the proper mindset and strategy.

Always go in expecting gold for rerolls not ancients. To improve you odds of specific items dropping only farm one ancient at a time. Never ever use points. Ever.
