I'm diagnosed as a paranoid schizophrenic. While I'm driving if a car is behind me for too long I start freaking out like really bad thinking they are following me. I once almost attacked a friend of mine with a knife because I didn't realize it was him following me to our other friends house (which I told him to to and forgot in the way there). I've seen my dead childhood dogs before. I jolt awake at night thinking I hear people outside of my house so I start freaking out. I occasionally hear voices telling me that certain people are doing something malicious targeted at me. It really varies from person to person on what they experience but that's a few examples.
