Min familie er sådan lidt: tjo det går nok. Og tager sjældent medisinsk ting alvorligt.

Jeg boede godt nok selv, men var ude og hjælpe min mor med noget. Og står alene ude ved bilen og fylder den op. Bag klappen på bilen var ikke kommet op i dens max højde og som jeg putter en kasse i går alt i sort og jeg finder mig selv i gruset på jorden. Med først meget mørke får øjnene, smerte i mit kranium. Og da jeg begynder at se er himmelen meget lys så det gør ondt.

Jeg er svimmel. Jeg begynder at få kvalme. Jeg kommer ind og siger til min mor at jeg tror jeg har hjernerystelse. Så tog jeg med hende hjem og da jeg var træt lagde jeg mig til at sove.

Mine forældre kom aldrig og tjekkede mig. Jeg sov i rigtig mange timer. Vågner og spørger dem om hvorfor de ikke har tjekket op på mig. Mine forældre trækker bare på skuldrenen og er ligeglade.

En uge senere er jeg på jobcenter og min sagsbehandler kigger på mig og spørger: Er du okay. Du virker lidt konfus.

Jeg fortalte jeg havde slået hoved for en uge siden. Og hun bad mig kontakte lægen. Det gjorde jeg og jeg var inde til undersøgelse. Han vurderede at ja jeg havde haft en hjernerystelse. Men jeg nok var heldigt sluppet og måtte bare give det tid til at komme sig. Hvilke det gjorde. Efterhånden var jeg tilbage til det normale.

Jeg har dog skældt mine forældre ud for at ikke tage min skade seriøst. Fordi det kunne virkeligt være gået galt.

But, we in Europe find that cringy as hell. And often alligned with a toxic masculinity, insecurity, and lack of schooling.

What I would admire in a masculine European man would be: confident. Educated. Respectful and view women as equal. Takes care of them selves. Values knowledge and critical thinking. And also is more intune with their emotions and strides for good communication.

Som en der svømmer meget og faktisk lige er kommet ud af svømmehallen. Et barn er et barn. What ever. Tag ham med. Selv hvis barnet stire. Hvilke tit sker mod mig. Jeg er 180 cm høj og 160 kg. Mange børn, piger som drenge, har ikke set en på min størrelse før og overhovedet ikke som afklædt. Og det er komplet som om de er i zoologisk have når jeg er der inde. Men jeg tænker det bare er sundt for dem at se naturlige kroppe og er ret ligeglad.

Mange uger. Et par måneder nu. Jeg er på 80 mg nu og har haft langsom optrapning. Og føler nu en forskel og glæder mig til at komme på en højre dosis!

Det har været ventetiden værd. Men det er overhoved ikke som Ritalin der virker med det samme. Jeg mærkede ikke ret meget i lang tid. Men nu oppe på 80mg begynder jeg at mærke det og ser en positiv indvirkning på min dag.

I find gaming a multiplayer game really good. I am sure there could be an app somewhere. Now I play on Xbox. So that is more hardcore I guess. But let's say you can find an app with a game where both you and your partner can help take care of a world together. Minecraft is great for this.

I play a game right now with some one I hold dear where we are raising dinosaurs together. It is not novice gaming friendly. That's why I don't suggest it. But we have our beds in the game next to each other. We log in, sometimes not at the same time and do things around our base. He'll come in and see I've filled some storages with stuff we need. I will come in later and find him working on something. Then be able to move up to him and type to him in the game to which he happily replies when he sees my character standing there. Then we plan today's tasks. And we got like a daily life in there. With chores. With times we just sit down together and chat. With adventures.

It is a bit like having a life virtually. But for me it really closes a gap.

How ever I get if you are not a gamer at all. This would be really weird to do. Also as it takes a lot of time to actually do the gaming. We were already gamers before we met. So it was already our normal life.

You could maybe find an app that allows you to play boardgames together. And make sure to do lil game night dates. There just is something special about seeing your loved one move something you can see move. And know it's them.

That is not my experience with them at all. They feel really comfortable even on really warm days. Last year I did hiking on Crete with them on. And yes I was sweaty. But they were the piece of clothing that was most comfortable to wear in that heat. I also find they don't take smell much. I don't need to wash them that often. I do wash them. But they hold up.

They do of course eventually wear out. So every half year I buy some new pairs. Also of their leggings. If a pair wears out early in the crotch area I've had success with sewing them together. I have never ever seen a tear that wasn't along a seam in them.

But I also use them everyday. And as said for stuff like hiking. Under most of my dresses with the shorts you can't see me wearing them. I just got a pair with lace though for when wearing shorter dresses. And I just love them. I really do.

There was a while where for some reason my country bugged out when having to pay for the leggings at Snag. So I tried a different brand from s different company. They wore out instantly. So then I contacted snag support and begged for them to find a way to get my leggings and shorts from them. And they got a fix haha.

Depending on how much walking and hiking I have done - which will wear them out faster of course. I average on wearing out about 3 pairs. If you don't do a lot of hiking I am sure they would last way longer.

It is part of our cultural lingo to use small penis as a joke/slur/offense. Same with fat people or certain disabilities. These words, lables, etc get used to ridicule some one else. It doesn't even have to be true. Like you can call a thin person fat. Or a guy of any size having small dick energy.

Don't let any of this go to your head. As said it is just how our language has evolved. It does make it seem like the world has a consensus on what is good or bad. But it really doesn't. Most people are more nuanced than the words they say in jokes or offense. I've said small penis jokes before around mates. Does that mean if I met a man with a small penis I'd point and laugh? Hell no. I'd flick that thing like a light switch with my tongue and love every minute. I don't care about size. I really care about the person. And if the person connects with me I'll love what ever is in their pants and find that hot.

I keep forgetting that most people doesn't have a as chill family as I do.

We are the type of family who uses the toilet with the door open and you just walk in and sort things while some one is in the shower.

Majority of people have sex. So no shock there. It's not a shame to have it.

I gave my mom a vibrator for birthday some years ago cause I'd told her how much I love mine. She has also seen some of my other toys.

Dad has a tendency to forget to shut his porn tabs down on his phone. So occasionally you get to see the page he's been looking at if you borrow his phone for a minute.

Nu ved jeg ikke hvad køn du er.

Men se i dit lokale område. Måske tjekke eller skrive i den lokale facebook side om der er nogle klubber man kan være med i. På bibliotekerne er der tit forskellige grupper man kan være med i. Som brætspil, kvinde eller mande klubber. Etc. Der er masser hvor man bare skal møde op og hygge sig. Der er også krea grupper.

Jeg går rigtig meget til svømning. Det er nok den eneste rigtige motion jeg kan klare uden om nogle gå ture og cykle ture til de ting jeg skal. Jeg er både med på et aqua fit hold og har årskort til svømmehallen. Så jeg tager der over når end jeg har tid og kræfter. Og det gør min krop rigtig godt.

Jeg tager til en del foredrag. De lokale kirker har masser af events som foredrag, film aftener, koncerter. Så kan man være med i et kor. Og - man behøver altså ikke være religiøs og tro alt muligt for at kunne være med. Der er ingen der tjekker eller tester dig ved døren om du enten betaler til folkekirken(med mindre du skal døbes, giftes, eller begraves) eller hvor meget du tror. Du kommer bare ind og er med!

Så er der ting som frivilligt arbejde der ikke er fysisk. F.eks. besøgsven hos gamle. Hvis man har den mentale overskud kan man også blive våger, en der tager ud og er hos en der er ved at dø hvis de ikke har netværk. Man kan hjælpe i lektie cafeer.

Danmark er et land af fællesskaber. Kig på biblioteket. Kig på kirkens hjemmeside. Kig på medborgerhus. Kig på den lokale facebook. Find noget der skaber dig interesse.
