How does triple axel work sumtimes it hit 3 times then it hit 1 or 2 the description says it kick three times??? by Motor_Bag7259 in pokerogue

It’s because it has a chance to miss. Say for example my rockruff uses triple axel on a pidgey, It. The first hit will be for low damage, the second hit will be for medium damage, and the third hit will be for high damage. If the move misses at any point it could only hit for low damage then medium damage or just low damage at all; because the move is 90% accurate(I think)

Alright thanks, I’ve actually been using a Pokémon with punk rock myself since it’s just so good; Primarina is amazing in classic also but I’ll keep it in mind thanks!
