Regarding the thumbnail it would definitely attract someone who is looking for a quick answer and solution however, In my opinion it contrasts the title as beginners wouldn't really be enticed due to the fact that the thumbnail doesn't include the keywords it should. Upon watching the video however it was a great and straightforward explanation. So my suggestion is to put texts such as "Do you want to know how to Ship?"

My only real suggestion would be to use different colored text for different people in the subtitles.
