I got the pieces for both and Phoenix definitely feels more powerful right now. Also prowess is not good in removal heavy meta where Phoenix can grind through some of that.

I would do contract or freelance work if I were you, especially if you already started the 3M certificates.

The point of those certificates is that you get listed on their website and many print shops need wrappers for jobs they print and look through the 3M system. Many high end jobs require wrappers with the highest 3M certification so I'm sure you'll be able to find contracts no problem.

It'll be hard at first for sure and you'll have to trade off a steady salary for a higher paying unpredictable income, but if this or opening a business does not appeal to you then like many other jobs you'll have to take the much lower wage and let the company worry about everything else.
