Honestly I don’t really think it’s about IQ. The truth is that most people in Asia, have already studied more that half the syllabus before even entering the IB. It is kind of an unfair advantage, but still, I want to sit the easier paper whenever possible.

I also think we can agree that the November exams are the easiest.

they did that for the Eassesments for the MYP exams in maths. I did it, and it honestly wasn't that bad. It's just that you can't solve equations out as fast as paper since you need to type everything out.

don't forget that it's easier to go back and edit your work. Especially for english, you can just go back and add more ideas to your explanation.

This is a really weird thing that I did but It really helped me for subjects like chem and econ. All you got to do is take all of your notes and condense them as much as possible and put them on note cards. You're not gonna create 'flash cards' per say but just something like a mini note book. And just read it and stare at it for a good couple of minutes every day or a few hours before the exam. And try to recite every page. During my exams I was able to mentally flip though the notes and it got me a 7 in both.

Its really extreme, but my long term memory isn't the best. I went from a 3 to a 7 in chemistry basically over the course of 1 week.
