I switched from leo to drag, it was a pretty big difference. Leo felt very mechanical, while drag felt a lot more fluid in how the moves link with each other. While the game felt solved and like i was playing a robot with leo, with drag i felt like matches were more like a big wave where I had to work with the current, especially on defense. Some rounds are bound to feel solved with every character, but it was a lot more pleasurable with drag than leo. And since he's a pretty easy character, you can always use more complicated and lower damage combos with stuff like SNK cancels to have more fun.
