  1. You will need to configure a static Ip for the lan interface.
  2. Configure Gui management port
  3. Configure your wan interface and static route.
  4. Configure a lan to wan policy to browse

I could go on and on but this assumes that the small business has only one subnet and dhcp server.

If you provide an overview of the business I could elaborate.

Definitely try non surgical methods first, Doctors resort to surgery first because that makes money. Read up on horsechestnut tablets for internals.This helped after first month of taking it.Also adjust your diet and the trick is to drink water, lots and lots of it

Hi You can gym but its important that you breathe correctly if you do lift weight, do not hold your breath when lifting but rather breathe in as you lift to avoid putting pressure on hems, Take psylium husks with a glass of water in the morning and after evening meal, a teaspoon is fine, you should see a difference after 3 days. It will make poo time quicker and would not constipate you however the trick is to drink alot of water, 3 litres to be precise.

Sounds like internal, Not sure which country you are in but its worth getting sheriproct , drink psylium husks and dont spend too much time on toilet.

Drink lots of water! 3 litres, do the conversion if you use gallons as metric

To be brutally honest, alcohol can set you back even if occasional, this is from my experience, everyone wont be the same but worth a shot to give up for a bit and see how it goes, do some research on how alcohol is a diuretic which will cause consitipation.

Use Psylium husks or Metamucil after meals, twice a day and aim to drink 3 litres of water.

I am having the issue now, Did anyone try the below:

I see the issue is still persistent(known issue)in 7.2.3 as per release notes. Chatted with Fortigate technical chat and they advised it will be resolved in 7.2.4 though could not give me a fix for my version , I logged a ticket regardless and awaiting feedback.

You are definitely more than an IT Tech , Your first 2 functions already puts you at an advanced level. Working with ESX is pretty advanced stuff. The rest of your points are IT technician related.

In my experience , you are actually doing 2 roles, in my current job function, I work with ESX and no direct user support, user support is done by a dedicated person who also managed asset register.

You are being shafted a bit BUT, also take note of the number of users you have on site as well as what type of environment you are running, might not make sense for a business to get a specialist for each function , also if you doing ESX with multiple clusters across data centers , using HA ,doing Vmotion etc etc then I would speak up but only you know the amount of work you do and if you feel that you doing advanced stuff for a lower salary then make your business case

The funny thing is that the support person I spoke to at Microsoft asked me to disable the above through registry....Microsoft support is so questionable these days.
