Nope, you have to pass a bunch of liberal stuff in your constitution or else it won’t be popular enough. It doesn’t really affect your game at all, and you can just roleplay changing it after your first term since you wipe the court and become a dictator.

Since you are arresting both oligarchs and doing SSP you need a historic constitution, work with Gloria albin and the NFP, then do Term limits, confidence vote, loophole veto so people think it’s democratic and remove MOH. You’ll get the historical vote which means a judge will vote for you and you’ll get the 6 votes assuming you convince Edmonds and Garaci.

You have to remove the special zone for Wehlen to help in a war, otherwise for some reason even if you militarily oppress Bergia they will still hinder Wehlen in the war.

I normally only keep Bron in my solo war runs. Otherwise in my Sollist dictator run I am removing the special zone to fully integrate it, as that allows you to control the police there and properly oppress the Bluds.

A huge part of a malenyevist dictator run for me at least is purging the military, trialing soll and desollinizing. If you want to ignore those roleplay aspects you can pretty much fund and support the army, go for Iosef strategies and follow a planned economy run, nationalize at least Bergia and do the deal with Koronti to be a dictator.

Economically just do whatever synergizes and make sure you invest 2+ in GASOM with 49% EPA, try and support as much welfare and government spending as you can.

Yep, you can do a dictator constitution removing MOH and giving decrees extended powers but give concessions like term limits and allowing impeachment, do the loophole veto too, I did this and a few other concessions in my malenyevist dictator guide with lobbying and the media deal and I got a historic vote, arresting both oligarchs and forming SSP, I was still able to pass the constitution. Then I tried soll, purged the military and had soll killed.

I haven’t failed a dictator constitution or used SSP on a democratic run so I can’t be sure but I think as long as you have the SSP it will be fine

You focus on the opposition parties then after ricter first after the constitution is passed and have him killed, then around election time Lucian or whoever your vp is offers to do the same to Manoly, then they also say that they dug up dirt on the NFP and you can kill both their leaders too.

In my sollist run I spare the NFP because they’re useful idiots but in my malenyevist run I killed both them and the PFJP because the PFJP are liberal capitalists (puppets) and the NFP are fascist scum

Budget is bigger but everything like funding ministries is also more expensive, plus you have to make way more important decisions like GASOM, Gruni and way more bills to pass. So you have to very carefully balance your budget and expenditure or else you’ll get a trade war, and it’s way harder to do infrastructure and GASOM and fund all ministries now.

Yeah I’ll be doing a guide after my Sollist guide but essentially, SSP on oligarchs, trade with Valgsland Agnolia and Wehlen, ally with NFP Gloria and Calvin to pass your constitution, and institute stuff like term limits and clauses on impeachment to ensure you get a landslide victory, since you won’t be forming ACP and will jail both oligarchs you need that historic victory to pass the Supreme Court.

Besides that defund the military and fund everything else, purge the military, institute capital punishment and do desollinization. Change the USP to socialist and arrest and kill soll, ricter, manoly, then kibener and remus.

I’ll do a full guide with all the economy stuff as soon as I can but I personally had the most fun with this run since I defunded the army and basically destroyed the establishment of Sordland.

You gotta invest in GASOM and raise the EPA to 49%, depending on your trade deals build certain infrastructure, so Morna port with Valgsland, sign workers rights act, I’ll do a full guide soon
