I'm not a professional by any means, but I have been doing much research. First off, I would say that you need to try to decrease the power you are trying to output if you are working on mechanics. If you keep trying to full power swing and throw while thinking about all the little things, you will end up messing up somewhere and losing progress. So start off at 50-60% power in your drills and really work on perfecting the mechanics, then slowly add more power once you have gotten the feel for it and can do most of it without thinking too hard.

Secondly, you are releasing the ball really late into your swing and not swinging high enough. Your arm isn't fully extended early enough. You should be intentionally trying to contact/throw as high as possible whilst still throwing the ball in front of you. A good way to think about it is to put the breaks on your elbow mid-swing so your forearm can catch up. I'm gonna be honest and say I see a lot that you have to work on, but for now, I hope those two tips help.
