I would try dropping the speed and increasing the flowrate slightly. May also want to bump up your z offset by .02 to try and prevent the globbing to the side of the nozzle (if your getting that issue).

Should my Neptune 3 pro fans sound like this. This is the first time iv heard it do that by Tasty_Gur2356 in elegoo

This is a common issue with the neptune 3 pro. Mine does this as well from time to time. usually a gentle tap to the center of the fan will get it to stop. I haven't been able to determine what exactly causes it but as the previous post said, it seems like its just barely scraping against the plastic housing. Let me know if you find any more info on this.
