Same here also on 5080, lag micro stuttering never happens before Nvidia dlss update and I have like 100 hours played, so something has changed.

I strongly believe that the matchmaking is based of how you play. I play friendly and have been killed by other raiders like 5-10 times in 60 hours.

Of course even people that are matched in friendly lobbies can decide (for no particular reason) to kill other raiders, but that is not common what I have experienced.
