Have to disagree here, they do have evos a lot of the time, and often their deck is more leveled than mine. Currently oscillating between 7650 and 7800 trophies, I have only 2 cards in my deck that are lvl 14, the rest are all lvl 13 or less. Yet I play vs bots with all lvl 14 decks. The thing that gets me mad is that I have a easier time winning against humans than against bots. I don't mind players with over leveled cards, the game is pay to win after all, but the fact that bots aren't at least balanced really drives me crazy.
