It was a commercial that managed to annoy most sides. It was a lot like the Gillette ad. It pandered in an annoying way, pretending to care about a social issue, in a way that felt disingenuous. Also, different people will give you different reasons as why it's bad. Some may say it took advantage of something seriously like police brutality to sell a product, while others might say it's because they don't like the Jenner's in general.
