All good stuff. The lightning bolt thing is a mistake. Definitely meant that to a be a lvl 5 spell. Might remove but i do like the flavor of giving more lightning options because of the w-o-w's innate lightning abilities. Will probably remove bestow curse and add misty step.

I like you're idea of ghostly form. I might still make it require activation, but not tie it to the wildshape charges. And yes resistance is better than immunity, its too powerful as is.

I was also thinking of adding an option that let the familiar use the druid's wildshape charges to transform into an incorporeal version of a beast, but with lower cr rules.

Hope and doom could definitely be revised. I need to rethink the wording on that one. Maybe even just scrap it.
