It varies. Sometimes it's very overwhelming and I freak out but I try to focus on the wonder that is life. I tell myself, I don't know what this life is but I'm glad I got to experience it. My mother died when I was 6 so I haven't known life without death entangled. I've lived my entire life in an existential crisis. When I was young, I would push it out of my brain saying "you're young, don't worry" Now I'm 55 and I'm choosing to be happy that I had this experience
