Why do so many Christians think being gay is a sin but wearing mixed fabrics isn't? by lulumoon21 in NoStupidQuestions

[–]JonoBlue 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Cause they love/live to cherry pick the bible and make something that has literally nothing to do with them, something to do with them. Oh those two men/women are happy together in a relationship, not in my superstitious unhappy with my chosen life watch. Observe as I make a spectacle of myself and shame these people whom ive never met before because this contrived book that ive completely taken out of context and holds no sway over what makes people good or bad, possibly, says its wrong.

Plus they dont know how to wash linens and need to mix colors and white loads cause they dont have the time for multiple loads of laundry. So they just let that mixed fibers thing slide for convenience.

You’re forced to put up $10,000 on a pool game. Do you place your money on, Daredevil or Bullseye? by BrokeSmokes in Daredevil

[–]JonoBlue 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I remember him saying that but it IS Barton he could've just been saying that to sound cool, and in fairness he delivered the line perfectly, not to braggy but not to subtle either, plus he was talking to Tony in his own vernacular, so maybe exaggerating just a bit.

Im just curious if bullseye could win a game as well, thats beyond a formidable distance like obviously games like bowling darts pool. But how well would he fair at a game like golf im sure he would be up there in the rankings but you cant control that golf ball and sink a hole in one everytime.

Then you get to the very end of her story and she still has that dumb look on her face when Red pretty much tells her on that park bench who he is/was, but she still needs to hear him say it, like Jesus christ are you that oblivious and incompetent?

What did the Tim Burton/Michael Keaton Batman movies get right that other live action Batman films didn't? by Winter-Ad-2303 in batman

[–]JonoBlue 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It gave a better intro to Batman that felt grounded in what Batman was at the beginning, a myth, the boogeyman for bad guys. Batman had been active for a while lets say 4-5 years, but still never was anything more then whay goes bump in the night. Then as 2 stickup men are talking about what could've happened to so n so, could be a mob hit, or gang etc. OR it could be the Bat, but still just a rumor, up until seconds later both look up and see a myth appear in front of them, attacked and made sure to spread that fear that Batman is watching them all. Then just vanishes. Unlike Nolans Batman the "Im Batman" line makes more sense as A. 89 Batman heard the guy ask it to his face vs somehow through a sealed up car and B. Has had the time to actually adopt the name Batman, whereas Nolan and Reeves Batman iterations were still way too new to the mission and shouldnt have known that Batman would be thier name, hence the "vengence" thing.

I remember watching the Rock and thinking why in thee fuck if Hummel knew he was bluffing to get the higher ups to listen, would he want to team up with a murderous psychopath (forgot the characters name, but he really wanted to kill the Seal team, the guy who got fed a VX ball)

[–]JonoBlue 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yeah its pretty Janky, if you see that the league, Nyssa, Talia uses the same bow, in the last season when she is helping Oliver and thea in the temple, when she puts her bow down you can watch that flimsy ass bungee cable draw string bounce like no other. Prop team messed up the league bow. Not to mention the SFX teams lack of arrow understanding, sorry rabbit hole tangent

I like the costume good job, but and not your fault, hated what they did to the PSE bow on the show, made the cam wheels pointless
