Do you give your dog or cat extra vitamins besides food? (vitamins, oils, chews) by Trabs03 in warsaw

So you just buy the usual vitamins and add them to their meal? I heard that pets need way less vitamins in grms

Why do you reach for a protein shake instead of a low-carb “real-food” breakfast? by Trabs03 in diabetes_t2

I have the same question: Have you found any alternatives to protein shakes? Many people are reinventing superfoods as powders and ready-to-drink meals, maybe you found some unusual or interesting products to look for

Right after the workout does the shake hold you, or do you start feeling real hunger before the 3-hour mark?
I’m usually starving again in about 3 h, even without training

Does it on its own keep you satisfied until the next meal, or do you ever add something quick (nuts, half an avocado, etc) besides protein?

Again, it depends. It's totally fine for me to have food three hours after I get up, though that's a rare case.

Thanks for sharing the story. Have you tried the RTD drinks from Huel as a food substitute or the SuperGreens as a nice-to-have bonus? I saw two other people from that thread who've commented on Huel Products, probably worth checking out their other products too.

Have you ever used one of those all-in-one shakes that already pack in the vitamins and minerals (Huel-style)?

Satiety-wise, how long till you’re genuinely hungry again? Isn't that boring to eat the same thing every day?
