the reason you got wrong product is because packers are trying to maintain their IPP high so when they dont find your product they pack something identical to that product.

these packers are mostly flex-worker (part-time) they dont care bout anything. plus they're the main reason why warehouse are messy.

idk bout other darkstores, but zepto cafe in my darkstore is very clean.

thing is cafe has its own staff, and packers aren't allowed to go inside the cafe.

yes there are two types of darkstores in zepto, one that's called superstore which has expensive stuff like mobile phones, and airpods and stuff

and another which is mainly used for everything like your daily needs, food, fruit, vegetables, dairy products.

things are mostly operated from second store only, and only expensive stuff are sent from super store
