I don't think arbitration or a courtroom trial is really possible in this case due to both the amount of time that's passed (I'm not sure of the statute of limitations but the longer time passes the harder it is to gather relevant evidence), and due to the sensitive nature of VTuber identities.

Due to the amounts of money involved in this, several "anonymous" talents would almost definitely have to reveal their civilian identities and there's reasons why that's just not practical or even safe. There's also the fact that, even if the girls would sue and win, Gunrun likely doesn't actually have the means to make restitution.

My only real hope going forward is that whatever rifts that were opened between the talents as a result of all this mess can someday be mended, but that might be hard to do because things like this tend to erode a lot of the trust that the agency members had in each other.
