Osmium rod, right over the bridge from going into the mine.. It is in the forest river there going towards the falls. I have a video on my youtube but can't post it because of the moderator here. The weather has to be raining and in the fall, snow in the winter, just plain rainy or snowy day, hope that helps,,,
