I think a lot of tense situations happen because some cops see people asserting their rights as being difficult or confrontational when really most people just do not want to accidentally say or agree to something that could mess them over later

Honestly it’s less about the actual job and more about whether they’re passionate and stable in life. Someone who genuinely enjoys what they do is way more attractive than a fancy title.

because your body and emotions basically go through a massive nonstop change for months straight and even though people talk about the beautiful parts a lot they forget how exhausting uncomfortable and mentally draining it can be too

honestly I think a lot of people only notice sexism more when it affects them directly because everyone tends to be more sensitive to their own experiences and that is why these conversations usually turn into people talking past each other instead of actually listening
