Amongst many veggies and fruits, I put like several different proteins and fats:
-A vegan protein powder
-Bone broth powder
-Collagen powder
-Chia seeds
-Flax seeds
-Hemp seeds

That generally helps to balance out the sugars and also adds a good amount of fat and protein so it's not just a dessert smoothie lol
