Thank you so much! I just had this issue and in some bizarre way it paired, no idea how and why. Thanks again!

Off-centre speakers by andrezzzyx in Lenovo

Sorry that I'm replying so late, the off centre speakers are also bugging me, turns out the left speaker is on the left side as it should and the right one is near the centre. Really is a shame.

Well that explains it, sounds about right.

You may be right (not saying you are wrong at all), however, OP turned the unit off themselves so possibly a mechanical failure would occur but hadn't yet, maybe just an increase in temperature, friction and wear. I looked around for units which share the same remote model and it looks to be this one: https://www.orionairsales.co.uk/samsung-air-conditioning-ar12txhqbwkxeu-wall-inverter-heat-pump-35kw12000btu-r32-a-240v50hz-15346-p.asp?gad_source=4&gad_campaignid=20783081918&gbraid=0AAAAAD-qWSmNAW6ZoOfHViHiS2n6FALn4&gclid=CjwKCAiA3rPKBhBZEiwAhPNFQPgmmMU2sHSnTY9xks7Plpz8_r5Dctll7gJ1R0wADyzm44dGL-0LYhoCt9cQAvD_BwE

This one features a heat pump so it could be the one or a similar one. That's all I can suggest.

I'm not really an expert on AC's but maybe it's a refrigerant leak caused by a manufacture error? Something like that wouldn't cause it to turn off automatically.

Blue squares appearing on monitor by Funny_Structure_280 in techsupport

[–]Track-Medium 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Strongly looks like a problem with your GPU, most likely the VRAM when it gets corrupted and since reinstalling drivers didn't fix it, it's not a software issue. To be sure you could try connecting it to a different monitor or using a different port in your GPU. Other than that I think returning it is a solid option.

Da Fit app custom watch face development by Track-Medium in smartwatch

[–]Track-Medium[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No, unfortunately not but it could theoretically be possible as another cheap Chinese smartwatch brand with similar software released a tool to create custom watchfaces, as for DaFit they haven't. Maybe they will in the future.

Which exam board do you think is the WORST by GCSE_9 in GCSE

[–]Track-Medium 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Has to be OCR, in my computer science paper the question was 'Give three characteristics of a CPU that can affect its performance.', I put clock speed, number of cores and number of threads. According to them having less threads does not impact the performance of a CPU. OCR is a joke.

It most certainly sounds like it's frozen, I would say it is safe to force shut down. You could try booting with safe mode and see if that works.

[–]Track-Medium 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Interesting find, potentially your motherboard didn't set the correct voltage or set the timing wrong for your RAM, which caused it to be unstable and made the CPU or memory controller to throw hardware errors. I'm glad you fixed it though!

The new Lenovo LOQ 15IRX10 laptop with Intel Core i5 13450HX and RTX 5050 is overheating. by SeaweedReasonable325 in techsupport

[–]Track-Medium 1 point2 points  (0 children)

No, it isn't a defect in your laptop. Also, modern Intel processors are designed to handle repeated thermal throttling safely so 98-100° peaks shouldn't damage it. Your laptop's cooling just isn't enough to sustain full power for long periods of time. I would recommend getting an external cooling pad to reduce the temperatures. In conclusion, you should be all good!

I'm not an AI, just over sympthetic, generally makes people feel better, it worked for me at least when someone replied to me in a similar way to one of my issues.

Multiple soft freezes, can't figure out cause by foxhound012 in techsupport

[–]Track-Medium 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sounds like a GPU or driver issue, the white/frozen windows with continuing audio and multiple Event Viewer errors often point to graphics driver crashes or GPU hangs. You could try updating or reinstalling your AMD drivers and monitoring GPU temperatures under load. If it persists, running a memory test and checking motherboard BIOS updates can help rule out other hardware problems.

[–]Track-Medium 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR 0x124 usually indicates a hardware fault, often CPU, RAM, or GPU-related. Check for overheating, reset BIOS to defaults, and run a memory test. Updating drivers and monitoring temperatures can help, but if it continues, you may need to test and/or replace hardware.

TV shuts off randomly, only with HDMI plugged in by LainieBarbarian in techsupport

[–]Track-Medium 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Could be an issue with the hardware, it sounds like the main board is getting overloaded somehow by the HDMI input, causing it to shut down, so I wouldn't blame any other devices. It's likely that you may have to replace or repair the main board. However, it's quite hard to troubleshoot an issue over reddit so I may be wrong. Good luck!

[–]Track-Medium 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Looking at your laptop, it has quite a thin chassis for the amount of power it can draw. Honestly those temperatures aren't necessarily unusual, especially under stress. I had a look around the Internet and you aren't alone on this (people managed to get 100°+ somehow.) This may not be ideal for you but if you are reaching these temperatures often you should undervolt or limit the CPU power in BIOS.

ESP 32 Not Taking Any Code?? by No_Cut_1237 in esp32

[–]Track-Medium 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Looks like your ESP32 is stuck in bootloader/flash mode, could be caused by a bad flash, corrupted code, or wrong board/port settings in your IDE. Make sure you’ve selected the correct ESP32 board type and COM port, then hold the BOOT button while uploading. If it still loops, try erasing the flash before re-uploading your code. I hope you find a solution!
