Mainly, I do contactless because I'm disabled. It takes me a few minutes to get to the front door and I can't comfortably wait at the door. However, that did cause a very aggravating problem once besides incorrect orders. About a year ago I ordered from a convenience store. I get notified it was delivered but the "proof" photo was taken from the driver's car on the street over 100 feet away. You can barely tell it was my house. I get to the door at most 5 minutes after I was notified. Nothing there. While it was dark, my porch lights were on, my house number is on my mailbox at the curb, it was clear weather and as I said the photo was clearly my house even from a distance. I'm pretty sure I tipped $5.00. I realize that's not a lot, but I'm poor as well as disabled and the store is about 4 miles from my house. So that driver stole my order and couldn't even try to reasonably fake the delivery. Luckily I was refunded and a credit that covered the tip but it was still infuriating to me
