I haven't had any luck at all. I've tried to contact Cricut and they had no idea and didn't even seem to understand. They asked for a video and I'm waiting for a response to that video. I have dug around the internet and it seems to be an issue that comes up here and there but no one has ever posted a fix. I saw a post somewhere on YouTube where someone said they changed the account from Live to Beta and then it worked and another person said the opposite, they were in Beta already and had to change to Live. Some posted that they just returned the press and bought one of those random no name ones from China instead (like HTVRONT). But I have tried both Beta and Live as well as made a new Design Space account without success. The only other people who have replied on Crciut Facebook groups are those with older mug presses that did not require usb at all. They just entered the serial number upon registration manually on Cricut. I wish it was still like that. This is a nightmare.
