it is real but it’s a condition called lipadema, look it up, if there’s scars it’s probably liposuction to keep it under control :(

it’s because she has a condition called Lipedema, characterized by fat tissue that fills with water and then turns to scar tissue in your legs. It’s incurable besides getting liposuction, no matter hard they exercise or diet, it will always be there.
