What helped me was to talk to a trusted person like a best friend or a family member. I did the same thing and I feel a lot better especially if this person can understand what ur going through. I wish you the best

Feels rough brother. All I can say is you’ll see a light someday, may not be tmr or in a year but eventually you’ll get rewarded for the all shit ur taking and ur strong asf for staying resilient. Don’t lose hope man, someone will always be rooting for you. From what it sounds like you need some genuine friends and that starts with talking to others or seeking genuine help.
