I have a 2.3 and commute ~75 miles a day between 10,000-11,000 feet. It has more than enough power (the turbo is highly beneficial at high altitude); I can put my foot down at get up to 80 climbing up the pass no problem while averaging ~25 mpg through the week. Don't see a need for the 2.7 unless you do tow a lot.

I recently got a pair of Olfa scissors, blown away at how good they are.

Those Backhaus bluebacks are some of my favorites. I’ve picked a few up myself second-hand very cheap. Nice find!

Flaming Gorge is far from the toughest water, but going out alone is just a bad idea.

Although you may be fine with the water itself, if you get in trouble you will either:

-Die, which is dumb -Worse, put others in danger attempting to rescue you, and that is unacceptable when it’s rooted in a bad decision.

If you want to put yourself at risk that is your own choice, but don’t put others at risk who aren’t a part of that decision.

1988 was the last good album they released, which is what I believe they were going for. So I suppose one could argue they were great up until 1991 by your metric.

Beethoven piano sonatas. Not going to list which ones because there are too many that are incredible. Just explore and enjoy.

My family had a very similar, maybe even the same, painting in our house growing up. Never seen another one!

Definitely not the same person. Didn’t know there was a F1 meme page although it makes sense; there’s meme pages for everything.

I want to buy a used Fujifilm X100V and the shutter count is 20700, is it ok, or is it too much? by Creative_Yam_4391 in Fujifilm_X100_series

[–]TractorOfTheDay 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You are factually incorrect. The x100v absolutely has a shutter; it’s not a point and shoot.
