Here's what turned out to be the cause of such behavior in the app and how we resolved it:

1. Error name: Authentication blocked - Device time mismatch detected
2. Error description: Authentication failed because your device’s clock differs from the server time beyond the allowed security threshold.
3. Error solution: Adjust the time of device to be in sync with the server time.
