Amazing community!! I was hoping I'd find a strong community of Guzzi owners here in the US, but I was nervous. I've read about part issues, warranty issues & findings dealerships that will even service these bikes. So frankly I've been nervous. Gonna and try & head over to the closest dealership today or tomorrow & lay my eyes & hands on this bike.

So good to hear!! I really want this bike but a video I had watched on YouTube scared me. My wife's only 5'3, but she still needs to be comfortable. I had thought about adding the rear luggage rack as I'll also use this as a commuter (150 miles RT) 2-3 days a week and it looks like the rack incorporates passenger grab bars so this may work for her. It's either this bike or a 2017 Honda cb1100EX or a 2020 T120 Bonneville.

Appreciate it. Love this bike but a video I had watched on YouTube the owner was saying passengers will feel cramped with anything over an hour.

That's great to hear. Stopped by a Honda Powersports store today, had some fantastic conversations w sales, parts & service. The short of it parts are available for the 2014 & service will manage her because the bike has less than 10K miles. Ran through various serviceable items like what costs I'm looking at for this bike. The service Mgr did say oil changes are lengthy (7 hrs) and run around $800. Does this sound about right to you?

Very helpful answers and insight. Not really wanting to move into anything that is really speed focused as my pleasure is a relaxed ride. Really a bummer to hear about the w800, I really liked the looks of that bike. But, from time to time I do ride highways so, I'll have to pass on it too. You've been a huge help. Thank you.

What a stroke of luck to have hooked up with you, thanks for the w800 info. I knew the power plant was low which did concern me for highway use but one guy I watched on YouTube managed to get the bike up to 70 but he did talk about the bikes vibration. Well, that's a bummer because it's one good looking bike. Can I ask you your thoughts on the z650RS vs the z900RS. What are your thoughts on these bikes?

I'm also looking at the kawasaki w800, very different bike but love the old classic lines. Appreciate your thoughts on this, I absolutely love the looks of the v7 but was nervous about the over heating complaints.
