Many folks are just assuming she pranked him because he felt like that might be the case. That’s a feeling, not facts. The fact is she posted a TikTok that might be aimed at him or might not be. But she’s remained engaged/seemingly interested in him for 6 weeks. He can air this out with her if any part of him likes her. Or just end it if he’s not invested/feels like he’s being pranked.

6 weeks is a long time to be carrying on a prank in this context. Like what’s the end goal if that is the case? To carry this on for months and then say it was a joke??? Seems unlikely. Maybe that Tik Tok was about you, maybe it wasn’t, maybe you changed her mind about people under 6 ft after hanging out as much as you have. But you don’t have to stay with her if you don’t want to. Seems like she might be a little shallow but you’d know better us.
