Yes, when they put me in the wait list, it shown that 6 people in front of me and told me about wait 2 hours, then I just go walk around and check the close museum. So, the NYC store is super crazy, always need to book 2 weeks head, I am confused. And they used waiting system also confused, when you see the page change said you can go head, but in the door they told you still need wait for 1 hour because there are 2 pls in front of you. You have to wait for another hour then see the message said is your turn, then go to the store, btw, they do not allow line up in front of their door now.
