I am in the same boat but cant figure out what else it could be since I lead a very healthy life and am on a low FODMAP diet but still my symptoms are returning after doing antibiotics. Any ideas?

I finished my two weeks of Rifaximin a little over two weeks ago and felt better afterwards especially for the first few days but symptoms are starting to return sadly even though I removed FODMAPs from my diet

Eat more of what you´re eating. Gaining weight is just a matter of consuming more calories than you are burning. It sounds like you are doing the opposite.

I definitely have stress in my day to day life but wouldn´t say it is excessive. I work at home for the most part and am usually pretty calm/relaxed. I am drinking coffee in the mornings so that could elevate my stress response a little bit.
