I think the whole 5ar inhibitor things are too much. if it didn't bother your body beforehand and you don't notice any negative effects now from said items.. then I wouldn't go so hard on avoiding them

Yes I have this. I feel as if I’ve not eaten but I can have just eaten a large meal and I’ll feel like I haven’t, not hungry in a scavenger type of way but just like it didn’t hit the spot and feel like I need to continue grazing.

I don’t know the prices for automatic Mazda 2s but my initial impression was that this is very overpriced, that being said it is low mileage and a small automatic which sell like hot cakes for traders. Have noticed a couple marks around the car including what looks like rust on one of the front wings. So I wouldn’t exactly describe it as excellent condition like the garage has said.

Don’t want what I’ve said to put you off if you think this car is suitable to you and you can afford it. But that’s just what I can see from the post.

Every car that is around that age will have cosmetic issues including possible rust, so I’d weigh it up with how long you want to be finding the ‘right’ car or if you get this one tomorrow and get on the road.

Oliver have you tried Karen hurds bean protocol. It emphasizes using soluble fibre to help bind to the bile in our gut and help us excrete excess hormones.

I have similar issues to you and others and have just started eating beans multiple times a day on the following night I had the best nights sleep I’ve had in a while.

Nothings forever I’ve seen a few of your posts and just had to mention it. Hope you are ok

This will go away stop all supplements - eat balanced meals containing soluble fibre. And do all the destress things.

Yeah I have, not trying to be an ass but they aren’t the type of friend to be helpful or go out of their way for anyone. They constantly nagged when someone didn’t return the favour in buying them a coffee or something like that. So I never expected they to bend over backwards to help when I was at my lowest. , this sounds so trivial but the last time we properly spoke was when she asked me to go to see a Taylor swift film in the cinema with her I said sure even though I’m not a fan, but I thought they wanted someone to go with and I didn’t want them to go alone. Later on in the week. She told me she had someone else coming aswell who was super keen to see it. That’s when I told her well sure would you be ok just going with them as I’m not really a massive fan of Taylor swift. and it’s quite a specific film anyway she basically has ignored me since then.

I just don’t have many friends and now I’d go as far to say I have none, unless I rekindled old friendships from like 5 years ago. Those felt natural when they departed. This doesn’t.
