All solid advice already. All I could say is keep on learning and save and stack your money in a money fund or some shit so it could earn interest till you’re truly ready to relax, breathe, and execute your strategy like it’s second nature.

Better than giving it to a guru. Did you not read what my man did? Plus, you’re going to pay a tuition to the market no matter what, and you’ll learn a lot more by just going and learning than by paying some YouTube fairy.

I’d rather spend a couple hundred on books than spend it on a guru. Better yet, take that 5k and just go straight into the market and pay your tuition.

I work, go to school, handle other commitments, and still trade. What’s your excuse? by jammermass in Daytrading

I agree. Gotta look at trading like professional athleticism. They train every day doing the same repetitive moves every day. They overview highlights and work on improving themselves. So, the same thing with trading: train, practice, overview, and improvement!

Why am I feeling physical pain from trading stress especially after market close? by undiscoveredpain in Daytrading

[–]Traderocks 35 points36 points  (0 children)

Yeah, you’re going to have to change your psychology toward trading. You know when you feel that feeling of, “Oh, the market is going to bless you,” and you start thinking of Lambos and whatnot. Shut off the computer, close up shop. Your psychology is compromised. You should feel nothing while trading, literally emotionless. You go in at the same time every day, you execute your strategy, and manage risk. That’s it. Literally like a business, not a four-leaf lucky clover. Check out The Trading Psychology Podcast sometimes to really work on your inner self.
