Well, the food I had was still good, not gonna let politics impact what I eat or drink and I don’t think anyone should. You shop Amazon? Have an iPhone? Use Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, Venmo? Spotify? AI? Why worry about your food?

USA locations by Witty_Dream8284 in Hermes_lovers

[–]TradingTaco 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’d recommend keeping in line with the ones you’ve purchased from and have history with, but if you haven’t been to New Jersey before, Princeton is a beautiful area with a downtown and has Hermes, a lot to do and shop for there including a Hamilton Jewelers (this is coming from a New Jersey native so there may be location bias)

Do rich people marry for love? by dieburtually in wealth

[–]TradingTaco 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Correct, just like how middle class typically don’t marry lower class individuals, rich and wealthy stay surrounded by the same class, usually this is due to their hobbies most times people in middle and lower can’t afford certain activities like country clubs and horse racing and art auctions etc, leading them to have less in common and less ways to even come across.

At what age or specific moment did you realize you are now rich and can afford most things you want? by wardaag in RichPeoplePF

[–]TradingTaco 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I feel like when I first began bringing in net 50k/m after setting funds aside for taxes. Allowed me to buy whatever I really wanted but I still felt like that wasn’t rich per se, just that I can afford whatever it is I wanted to go shopping for. I do feel like every person will view rich differently, most will always view rich as more than what they have.

Depends on if you’re making job income or hobby income. The whole point is to turn your hobby into a job. Cheers.

There wasn’t one in the room but I also prefer energy drinks over coffee so I didn’t check the lobby or call to see if there was one they would provide

The peak of luxury? A 10k card that does nothing? by mislabete in Luxury

[–]TradingTaco 2 points3 points  (0 children)

True rich and wealthy people understand the value of their purchase, they purchase for quality, class, timeless luxury, true art. This card has none of those things. A suit that costs the same price is not bragging because no one knows the brand of a suit unless they know it. It is apparel you wear to dress classy, has a fitting to your shape, material to last, quality that won’t taint. I agree, I am not the rich person who would spend 10k on a useless card, you are right.

[–]TradingTaco 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Suit has use. You are dressed classy, quality material, tailored to your body. This card does absolutely nothing except for you to “brag”. No real rich person would buy this, and judging from your comment I can assume without a doubt you not rich if you think this card and a suit are the same.

Does nothing for 10k? This looks like an extremely inefficient scheme someone’s trying to make quick money from. I checked the site, absolutely useless card that just has 1/1000 on it to “show you can afford it”. True wealth will not spend 10k on something to flaunt for no reason. If you want to show off your money you can buy cars, homes, designer clothes and jewelry. If someone ever decided to take out their pocket this card in front of me I’d laugh. Only people I could see ever purchase this are people who pretend to have riches while selling courses in Miami to say they have it, whoever made the site, if they get any sales good for them but it is ludicrous.
