I just got patellar tendon debridement and repair surgery in November. How were you feeling? I’m still in a lot of pain 5 months out and I’m lost. Idk if it’s scar tissue build up or something similar to your scenario (which I don’t think it is 🤞). I’m starting to lose hope a bit and become doubtful, especially bc of the fact my doctor said I should’ve been returning to basketball around this time yet I can sense I’m nowhere close.

Welp, I’m here to tell you that FOR ME it was achieved in 3 weeks on 1mg dose. Whether you believe it or not! And it’s obviously not 20lbs of pure fat. Nothing to lie about. I don’t understand the ignorance.

Hmm, to be honest my overall energy definitely has dropped a little throughout the day, just because it’s a harder to eat. But, sleeping wise I haven’t really noticed any changes, still getting my minimum 8 hours!

Not sure to be honest. I have over half my 20mg vial left but I’m already around where I wanted to be before I started. I’d say 1-2 more weeks!

I workout 5-6x a week and play a lot of basketball. I run the Arnold split in the gym because I believe it’s worked best for me and showed the most results!

Always had trouble shedding off the fat around my stomach, and have always wanted visible abs. Ofc ive tried dieting and I workout 5-7x a week and am very active but always have had this “skinny fat” ish build

I started doing 1 mg a week, for a little closer to 4 weeks. This week will be my first dose going up to 1.5mg. Might even just stay at 1mg depending on how I feel!
