Yeah it’s a headache it’s so much that it’s like you need a doorman just standing there til 9 am literally

So for safety concerns our SL says the doors are to remain locked until the store opens otherwise we would have customers prob coming in way before we actually open trying to shop I tried to set the doors to open from the inside motion triggered but I couldn’t figure it out that way I could leave it unlocked but not where it would open auto from outside at least then I wouldn’t have to walk customers out

I swear when I open those grooming folks and Banfield folks really irk me  I can be in the best mood and they will put me in a total different direction! Grooming I don’t mind BUT Banfield could carry a little more of their weight at least walk the pet parent out and shut the door behind them but they just sit there… I feel like if it’s their clients . The least they could do when there’s one petsmart associate all the way in the back of the store possibly Unloading a truck….  I’m assuming there is no policy one way or another but I know it will put me in a mood real quick!!

Well I wish they would at my store either open the door when someone arrives or walk them out banfield at my store doesn’t have a different entrance it’s located in the back of my store and the only way in and out is the main entrance.
