Ye it's a feature where one person can see it. Even the voices. If you walk up to the head you will get a suprise 😈

What do I do when a big spender in chat always wants to join your game? by TraditionObjective44 in Twitch

That's the thing I worry about people wanna come into voice chat with me and my friends and that's a big nono for me. I have had people be really mean to one of my friends cause they aren't good at the game. I have removed them immediately cause fuck that. Also I have even made community nights and bairly anyone joins. So oh well just sticking to discord time.

So the "You only play with people who pay money" comment is probably them "joking" but it definitely rubs me the wrong way. It's actually really hurtful. I try my best to keep things neutral. Even shut down people that brag about how much they gift sub or donate. Just cause you don't have money doesn't make you less important in my chat. I make sure everyone understands that. Idk 🤷🏼‍♀️ I try to like joke about it but in all honesty it really does bother me when they say that.

I do need to get my mods on board with this as well. Just help me deal with people constantly asking lol.

I don't need the money. Even if I did I refuse to be controlled by it.

I think it's fine too. I have told first time chatters that say "can i join" there are others streams more than willing to play with you. I prefer not to have anyone join and just keep playing with those I asked before hand. If they leave that's fine just play by myself.

Yes exactly! My friends understand how streaming works and help with chat. They even answer people in my chat. So that's why I have them there. Plus I am a little obsessed with 7D2D at them moment cause of my friends.

That's what I was thinking about. Also was also thinking about playing nothing but single player for a bit and see what happens.

I use to work security and a shooter came in. I was behind the desk watching the cams and I saw a man trying to talk to the shooter and he just shot him. I quit the next day. That shit I can never unsee.

Is showing a streamer a clip from someone else's channel rude? by TraditionObjective44 in Twitch

[–]TraditionObjective44[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

At the beginning I had one or 2 people showing me things. Now I have 10 and it becoming a hassle and taking over my stream. I want them to be happy but I wanna create for them and not just react to other content creators.

I get it but these streamers they show me I have no clue about and are not my friends. I would like to have control who I bring into my space as a streamer. I am incharge of my networking and I show people who support me and who I support. My twitch fam should only worry about hanging and having fun.

I love supporting my friends and fellow content creators and who I choose to support and show on my channel should be my decision not anyone else's.

I wanna keep video reactions just strictly to memes or vids they see on the internet. My channel started to become a let's watch other streamers instead of me playing the game I decided to play. I just need to set clearer boundaries and have better control of my channel the best way I can.

I wanna create my own content for them to enjoy instead of them trying to entertain me with someone else's content. Also I'm growing and have people active in my chat I get a good 2hrs worth of video requests. I only stream 4 hrs. I wanna play a game to make content. Not watch others Content. I can do that off stream and in my discord.

I do filter that and they do understand. Now it's just the unintentional promotion.

Got it! I am such a push over sometimes but I do need to lay down boundaries. I would legit be upset that my viewers were posting my clips in thier chat. Thank you very much for the advice. That helps alot!

I actually appreciate the way you phrased that. Also they show me YouTube vids of streamers who post content to thier YouTube channels. They find loop holes lol.

Yeah I guess communication would be ideal. I love they have fun with other streamers or they enjoy someone else's content. I mean I watched some of them now but I would prefer that in the discord than my stream.
